We have set up a special complaints channel at beschwerde@carelend.de for the purpose of receiving complaints. Ms. Fichtler will take care of your concerns. After we receive your complaint, you will usually receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email immediately, but no later than within two business days. We will review the facts and plan and initiate appropriate measures. You will receive a response within a period of fourteen working days and be informed of the result by e-mail. The processing will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act.
